MINIMIZATION

Data minimization

Permanent license records store HMAC values for the order number and email address rather than the raw values. Devices are represented by a device-identifier hash.

The six-digit code expires after 10 minutes. A temporary mail job containing the destination and code is deleted after acknowledged delivery and expires within 15 minutes.

• Investigate defects, answer support requests, and send essential operational notices

PROCESSORS

Service providers

ColorFlow uses BOOTH (pixiv) for sales and order notifications, Google Gmail / Apps Script for activation mail, and Cloudflare for the license API, protected records, and delivery. Processing may occur outside Japan where those providers operate infrastructure.

Personal data is not sold for advertising, and this site does not set its own behavioral-advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting providers may process standard access information for delivery and security.

RETENTION & CONTACT

Retention and requests

License HMAC records and device state are retained while needed to provide the perpetual license and recovery. Revoked records and security records are deleted or minimized when they are no longer required, subject to legal and security needs.

Contact the shop through the ColorFlow BOOTH product or order page for access, correction, or deletion requests. Identity, legal, and abuse-prevention requirements may limit a request.
