Do I need an internet connection after activation?

Normal editing and rendering work offline after activation. A connection is required for first activation, PC migration, update checks, and downloads.

The Editor does not open.

Update or reinstall Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime, then restart After Effects.

ColorFlow is missing from the Effects list.

Quit After Effects and confirm that the ColorFlow folder is directly inside the After Effects 2026 Plug-ins folder.

The activation code did not arrive.

Check the email address, spam folder, and allow a few minutes for delivery. The code contains six digits and expires 10 minutes after sending.

Can I use ColorFlow after replacing my PC or reinstalling Windows?

Reactivate with the same order number and recovery email. You can make up to three transfers within 30 days, and reactivation on the same PC does not count as a transfer.

Are updates installed automatically?

The Editor checks for updates at most once per day after launch. Updates are never forced. Choose Later to continue using the current version.

What if the update service is unavailable?

An activated ColorFlow installation continues to work. Wait and try the update check again later.
